Questions

Will my clients know the reminders are automatic?

Reminders go out under your business name, can come from your own email domain, and replies land in your inbox. You can edit every word, so they read the way you write.

Does AI read my invoices?

PaidUp first reads the text of your PDF on its own servers. When a layout is unusual or something is missing, the PDF is read by Claude, Anthropic's AI, which doesn't use your data to train its models. You always check the details before anything is saved or sent.

Do I need Stripe?

No. With a Stripe payment link, paid invoices are marked paid on their own. Without one, you mark an invoice paid with one click and the reminders stop.

Does PaidUp connect to my bank or touch my money?

No. PaidUp never connects to your bank and never holds or moves money. Clients pay you directly through your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal or your bank). If you connect Stripe, PaidUp only receives a notice that an invoice was paid. It can't see your balance or make payments.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nothing is charged: there's no card on file. Reminders pause until you choose a plan, and your invoices stay where they are.

Which invoices is it for?

Business-to-business invoices in Ireland and the UK. The final reminder can quote the late-payment interest the law allows between businesses.

Is my data safe?

Your data is stored in the EU, passwords are hashed, and stored secrets are encrypted. You can turn on two-step verification, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
